Everyday our diet consumption hugely depends on the food grains, vegetables, fruits and other food items we buy from the market. These consumable items are made or grown in some part of the world and it requires no effort for us to simply buy and cook. But, are we concerned about the health effects of these food items or bothered since there is no option but to buy and use them? By doing so, we consume plenty of pesticides and chemicals through our food. So it is high time we took a closer look at what is on our platter.
